Thunder storm!
Today was the day for Sophia and Brad’s engagement session. Little did I know there would be a thunder storm that would force us to take shelter for a good 15mins or so. It was awesome though! man i LOVE the rain, i love thunder storms. Whenever I see a huge downpour it reminds me of the monsoon in pakistan. I really miss the monsoon. Our roof was made of tin so whenever it rained it ment no tv because it was sooo friggin loud!

Powder Blue
Powder Blue was an awesome movie! I’ve never been a fan of jessica biel and never understood mens infatuation towards her. However, after watching this movie I was blown away by her performance. She plays a strip dancer at a club in LA and the movie shows i think 3 dances. The last one blew me away.

Running + Rain
There’s something so invigorating about running. I’m talking about running outside…treadmills don’t count. Treadmill running is fake running :p
When you run outside it’s just you and your thoughts, it’s quality time with yourself. I’m the type of person that likes to be occupied so it’s hard to sit and do nothing by myself so running it’s perfect! These past several months i’ve been quite lazy about staying active and now i’m back on the ball and it feels great! -
Jenn + Kevin Married!
This past saturday i shot jenn and kevins wedding! Man what a day! You may recognize them from the engagement shoot a couple months ago. It was a special day because jenn is also a friend of mine. She looked absolutly beauuuuutiful! I always thought she was a pretty lady but on saturday she looked like a true princess :)

Today was quite the day :S
I rented a car and it was not a great experience…talk about unprofessional people. Whatever happened to training people to give customers good service? Its been a while since I drove a car (which totally slipped my mind) I almost got into an accident TWICE!!!! :( I wanted to cry! I know it just takes practice but I’m dreading driving tomorrow. A nightmare I have once in a while is driving and somehow ending up on the highway with no way of exiting…that ALMOST happened today and that was my near accident number 2. -

my cousin and aspiring author
My cousin got into UofT for english lit today and she was pretty happy. It made me think of the time when I was going through the same thing. The anticipation and waiting seemed to be enough to kill me…will i get in? will i not? Education is something i’ve become very skeptical about as i’ve grown older. Sometimes it just doesn’t seem to be worth it. My personal opinion is that personal experience and finding your own path will get your farther than education will. Maybe if i wanted to be a lawyer or doctor i would think differently. But everyone is different and God has wired us differently. I know for myself that I am much happier and grow faster when i am left to my own devices…I am someone who didn’t like kindergarten…it’s KINDERGARTEN! who hates kindergarten!?!?!

Susans Bday
Sunday night I was out for my friend susans bday…we went to a bar in little italy where there was some live music playing. It wasn’t an ordinary bday because most bdays the guest gives the special bday girl or boy a gift. Susan had burnt thank you cds for people who came that night with a really cool track list! Sue’s such a cool cat!…thanks a bunch and happy bday!!!!

Edith + Teddy Married
This past weekend was a marathon. I shot two weddings in a row with claudia and man it was definitly a challenge. Check out the images from the day :)
The highlight was when it started POURING rain, edith and teddy were under a shelter while myself, chris and claudia were out in the rain shooting. Good thing our gear can withstand such conditions…
