Last weekend was a weekend to rememeber because christine got married to her perfect match. Also because I did my first boudoir photoshoot. What is a boudoir shoot? it’s a for-his-eyes-only photoshoot, a gift from the bride to the groom. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it turned out great! I wish I could show some photos but as i said…it’s for-his-eyes-only. I may add it to my wedding package…it’s definitly available for people to request so tell your friends :)
I wasn’t the photographer that day so i got to enjoy it as a guest and wear a pretty little dress. Can you believe i’m a guest 2 times this year!
yay! new post! i’m so thrilled to hear complaints from several people that they check my blog only to see i haven’t updated :)
feast your eyes on these!
Check out this video. It’s a parody on client and vendor relationships. I found it hilarious especially the end “…we’ll pay for it this time but you’ll have to show us how you did it…”. If you’ve ever had to sell something before then you’ll find this video funny.
Everytime i see this photo i’m suddenly in a good mood. This past weekend we had a TFC soccer tournament, a collaboration between CCYAA and KCAA and some kids were playing around at the bmo field so i started taking pictures of them heading the ball because their scrunched up expressions were so darn cute! Here are some of my favorites:
This post is about portraits. I just wanted to post a couple images as examples of my 2 favorite portrait styles. Both styles utilize natural light…Gods blessing to us. I find natural light is so awesome to shoot people in because it’s NATURAL! The photo on the left was taken indoors infront of a large window and the image on the right was shot outside in the shade and the subject was backlit. I find these make better portraits and I see a shift in what makes a “good” portrait.
Here are the shots from their engagement shoot! The photo below is of u of t right after the storm. It was pretty sweet because right after the storm passed the sun came out for a bit where i could capture some cool backlit shots of them walking across the field. Turned out pretty well :)
You guys were so smiley and cute and very easy to work with! thank you!
