thankful
There are some days when it hits me SO hard that I am living the dream. When this happens I am so grateful and humbled.
Somehow I’ve hit jackpot and landed my dream job. Of course there was hard work behind it but I don’t doubt God’s hand behind all the good and bad that has happened in my life. -

kitty + chris } engaged
To tell the truth I was pretty nervous to shoot chris luk’s engagement session. Knowing that he knew the “tricks” of the trade it made me push myself a little harder. It was awesome though..it was a beautiful overcast day! I tried to utilize natural reflectors that I saw along the street from the floor and from the light reflecting off of the buildings in the financial district. Kitty and Chris were super easy to shoot as they had the “vogue” look down pat.

It’s such an honor to be asked to photograph weddings but when a WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER asks you to photographer his wedding it’s a double honor and the stress level doubles too kekeke
hehehe i’m going to take my sweet ass time posting chris’ engagement photos just to spite him..har har j/k

We started off the day at rhia’s place to get kitty’s make up done (fantastic job rhia!)
We then shot around downtown Toronto in the financial district for the hot/smoky shots and went to cherry street for some fun/sweet shots. -

this past saturday was wilma + warren’s classic wedding at the westin prince hotel. their day was filled with laughter and jokes. more photos to follow!

xiaoxi + lawrence } engaged
i had so much fun shooting xiaoxi and lawrence. xiao showed up in a beautiful summer dress with emaculate makeup on her face (thanks to rhia)
we had a lot of fun chatting cause we discovered that we’re all climbers! we shot along cherry street by the waterfront and also walked over to some random places. it’s my favorite way of shooting. random. -
acer my new friend
acer is sooooo cuuuute! he’s a Shih tzu-Lhasa apso mix and he looks like a little toy!!!!
he’s about 8 weeks old and he’s already pretty much trained to go potty outside which is awesome! he belongs to the family that i live with but i wish he was mine! -
jennifer + hao } engaged
oh my goodness what a windy day! jennifer and hao’s engagement session was quite the challenge with wind whirling jenn’s hair about. it was a little frustrating but we made it work. it’s always interesting to see how people respond to the camera. some are shy…almost like a rabbit in the headlights…others get goofy and silly…
