I love people who smile and laugh easily. People who easily give you a smile and laugh at your jokes whether they are actually funny or not. Bev + Ruben are such people. You can tell when you look at their photos that they like to laugh. As I was going through their shoot I found myself smiling at my computer screen. I like it when that happens!
I’m reminded again of how much of a privilege it is to be a wedding photographer. It’s such an honor to get to know someone and be a part of such an important part of their life. Xiao and I met on a wintery day in a lobby of a condo. We sat to discuss her wedding day and what services she would like. It was quite the unconventional way of meeting because I usually meet people at a coffee shop. Xiao struck me as someone who knows what she wants but isn’t going to be a control freak about everything. Sometimes one cannot explain why we have certain connections with certain people. I just know that I like Xiao! I think she’s awesome mon!
today i started my day off with a pot of tea….then I got my new furniture! I’m so excited!!!!
Here are some of my fave shots from sohee and anthony’s engagement session. Sohee is my martial arts friend from way back so it’s kinda cool and weird to be apart of her wedding. I had a blast! especially at the end when we just sat around on my floor (because i have no furniture) and drank some cold beer. Thanks Sohee and Anthony for crawling under a metal fence and trespassing to get some of our shots! hahaha
OK! so posted a glimpse of janice + phil’s wedding but here’s the full run down on their wedding. Drop dead gorgeous wedding! Phil’s sister kate did all the DIY stuff. she’s a silk screening genius!
So i’m here at part 2 of my Jamaica trip at the Golden Cove Villas. The estate here is BEAUTIFUL to say the least. It’s the perfect spot for an intimate wedding. The grounds are peaceful and the view is breathtaking! Golden cove is very close to the James Bond Beach of the Golden Eye which was also home to author Ian Flemming! cool huh!?
ok here are some snappidy snippidy shots!
hello mon! greetins from jamaica! it is soooo incredibly relaxin here. I had planned to do some blogging here but something about the sun and beach combo makes it impossible to do so. Here are some highlights so far…
Hello! I’m off to Jamaica to meet the beach.
