Powder Blue was an awesome movie! I’ve never been a fan of jessica biel and never understood mens infatuation towards her. However, after watching this movie I was blown away by her performance. She plays a strip dancer at a club in LA and the movie shows i think 3 dances. The last one blew me away. The choreograph was amazing! Her last dance especially blew me away. Everything from the hooded wrap to the cigarette to the song. I know it must be strange for me to rave about the dance and such because she’s a strip dancer but!!!! BUT!!! what really pulled at my heart was that although she works in a place where dirty men go and where she has to subject herself to…pretty degrading things what she craves more than anything is a gentle human touch. I found the film to be very poetic. Eddie Redmayne and jessica Biel make a cute couple too bad she’s with justin timberlake. Oh! something i found to be sooo cute was Eddie Redmayne’s characters name….his name is QWERTY!!!! how cute is that!!!!! lol i think that was ingenious! There were other stories in the movie but i didn’t enjoy those ones very much.
