To celebrate kate + prince william’s wedding here’s a post of a wedding i shot this past sunday. check out the bride’s dress! she’s like a princess! the dress was HUGE! i’ve never had such a hard time shooting because the DRESS was too big!!! it was a bit of a challenge to maneuver it was all gooooood. The wedding was a short coverage…in fact i think it’s my shortest coverage yet! In some ways longer coverages are easier on the photographer because one doesn’t feel like one must fit everything into the 4hrs!!! The couple and the family were super nice so that made the job pleasant.
maggie + lei got married at the Old Mill Inn. Let me tell you how amazing their easter buffet is!!! IT’S SOOOO GOOOOD! i couldn’t get enough of their chocolate fountain because their chocolate actually tasted good!
a BIIIIG shout out to nancy (the sis in law) who planned the whole wedding. she worked so tirelessly to make everything perfect!

so we all know that kate + prince william are getting married today but do you know who their photographer is? it’s Hugo Burnand! He will do the honours of shooting their wedding and reception. If you check out his website he’s shot the royal family several times so i guess even with the royal family they go with the photographer that they are familiar and comfortable with
hearing about the royal family always takes me back to my childhood. I remember when i lived in scotland i saw princess diana and i was so shocked that princess’ didn’t always wear large pretty dress or have flowing golden hair. i was a wee lassie back then
so excited to watch their wedding!!!!
