I was given the opportunity to shoot a fellow wedding photographer’s wedding this year! When Chris asked me to shoot his wedding I had a lot of doubts because…well there’s a lot of pressure when you know the other person knows your “tricks”. However, all those fears and doubts were pushed aside because kitty and chris are super warm and goofy…and cheesy…hahaha They pretty much gave me creative free reign and put their complete trust in me.

I’m posting this picture for a VERY good reason. That reason is…??? I just felt like it. hahahaha The owner of this face and its myriad of expressions makes me smile. I may not smile visibly but my heart secretly smiles.

So excited to get these photos up! Thoroughly enjoyed reliving their wedding day by going through the images today. As the wedding season is coming to a close I now have more time to sit down and edit!

wohoo!!!! I’m soooo happy for my friend lois who worked so hard and landed the position of co-host daytime ottawa. It was a grueling process of competiting with other competitors. All her friends and family voted everyday in support. I confess I voted with 3 different email accounts hehehe. Before the competition began lois came over for some headshots for submit. We had a blast drinking wine and eating macaroons and sharing life and dreams.
