Alright, so some of you may be wondering why I haven’t been updating my blog. Things have been slow at this site because we have been busy building Wedding Editorials. I realize this announcement is slightly belated as we have already silently launched Wedding Editorials…..but….I’ve teamed up with two amazing photographers. Why? Because they’re awesome and also because I know this is the next step to providing better service to my amazing clients. To be honest, this is kind of emotional…it’s the end of a chapter and the start to a new one. I mean…here’s my first post written by a much younger version of me. Crazy right? That was March 2009! Feeling so thankful and totally stoked about what’s to come. So, I want to thank all of you who faithfully check my site for updates. I can’t tell you how encouraging it is when i get to meet my online cheerleader/fans in real life. I appreciate yous.
Here’s a photo of the team.
We are brats and goofs at heart.
We’ll continue to showcase some amazing weddings for 2015 at “WE” so please bookmark that site…..now.
baaahhhhhh can’t believe these two are married! I had such a fun time shooting their wedding because it really felt like I wasn’t working. In fact I had to remind myself that I was working and tell myself to shoot because angela and jun are just those kinds of people…they put people at ease. I loved all the details from their wedding (maybe because it reminded me of our wedding…which reminds me…i should post those sometime soon). I absolutely love these types of weddings!!!! Did I mention Angela is a super talented illustrator?
It seems as though every time I’m at Fields on West Lake the weather is the same. Cold and gloomy…with rain. However! Every time I go there it’s such an awesome wedding with such awesome couples. The outdoors, the decor, the people and LOVE…they are all ingredients to make that awesome wedding. It was personally so sweet because they had some crazy rains during their ceremony which was just like mine! I love weddings like this because it reminds me of my very own crazy backyard wedding. Something about rain that’s very utterly romantic.
Get ready everyone because this wedding will blow you away with its beautiful details and beautiful people. I hope I did a commendable job capturing all the yummy goodness that Nataly worked so hard on. Big props for making those piñata table numbers. You are just full of talent. Check out her awesome illustration work here!
I’ve updated my portfolio site so that it’s MUCH easier to view the type of work I do. It’s been quite fun going through the past 5 years of my work to put this together. Please visit the site often as I am constantly adding and updating this for you to enjoy. If you have any suggestions (or see any mistakes) please let me know. Thank you to each and every viewer! I appreciate you!!!!!
